Certified Life and Health Coach
As a Life and Health Coach, I've seen countless moms trapped in a cycle I know all too well: the belief that true control means doing more, sacrificing sleep, and endlessly working. I know that overwhelm intimately. After living through my own "mother's nightmare," I finally found my way to peace and purpose. That painful journey led to a critical realization: I didn't want any other mom to have to go through it alone. My goal is to help you bypass the years of struggle and go straight to the strategies that work. This program is your fast track. It's the very blueprint I had to create for myself, made simple and direct for you. My pain has become your shortcut, and I'm honored to guide you on this journey.
Welcome to 'The Mom in Control' Group Coaching
This is Your Solution to the Chaos Imagine this: It's after school, and everyone is tired. Your child sits down to do their homework, but they can't figure out a problem. A simple math equation turns into tears and frustration, and before you know it, you're both yelling. The mood in the house has gone from peaceful to chaotic in a matter of minutes. Instead of doing everything yourself and feeling defeated, this program is about becoming the CEO of your home. You'll learn how to calmly handle those moments with grace. From Reacting to Leading The "The Homework Meltdown" Most people react: They would lose their temper, tell the child to "just figure it out," or simply give them the answer just to end the stress. This stops the immediate meltdown but teaches nothing about problem-solving or emotional control. A leader responds: A leader takes a deep breath and understands that this isn't about the homework problem—it's about emotional overwhelm. She calmly sits down with her child and says, "Let's put the math aside for a second. We're going to take a break and get a glass of water." She communicates a vision ("We will solve this, but we'll do it calmly"). She delegates ("You tell me what you've tried so far, and I'll help you find the right approach"). She maintains control over her own emotions and models resilience, showing her child that it's okay to feel frustrated, but a calm mind is what's needed to find the solution. This is a perfect example of a mom being the "CEO of the home" and we will have many more real life examples to help you and empower you. It's not about being perfect; having a process, and empowering your family to work as a team. It's not about being a human encyclopedia; it's about being calm under pressure, empowering her child to solve problems, and teaching emotional regulation. The "Mom in Control" Program A 6-week group coaching program. Live Sessions: Wednesdays, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., starting on Thursday, September 25th. Note: This will be recorded, but assistance is required during the sessions. Our Focus: Consistency, Accountability, Resilience, and Growth. This is your time to commit to yourself.
The Journey from My Story to Your Empowerment
I have already proven my ability to inspire you; now let me show you how to act on that inspiration
I need to gather my thoughts, my emotions, my heart, my tears but more importantly, the message for me and my daughter. Thank you so much Lily for sharing your story. I felt you through the whole story. This could be me.
LA Mom
My immediate reaction was shock. I was in disbelief that something like that happened to her. I honestly couldn't stop reading the story because it seemed so surreal. Like the title a total nightmare. I could relate to the changes of motherhood with all the back talk and being told your hated.
LA Mom
It's a story about a mother who went through a harrowing nightmare experience with the Justice system, trying to get help for her daughter. This was a heartbreaking experience and real. This is so well written. I thought about your daughter a lot while reading your experience and wanted to hear more about your feelings over what may be happening to her. Thanks for blessing me with this story.
Pasadena Mom
You truly are an amazing and incredibly strong woman. Your words drew me in. Like I was there with you or seeing what happened through your eyes and heart. Reading this made me feel all the emotions you wrote about feeling yourself. I was scared. I was confused. I was hopeless. I cried. I smiled. I was hopeful. I was grateful. The details in the words you wrote put me there with you. I know this story would absolutely benefit someone going through something similar.
Pasadena Mom
OMG I had no idea, this story got me to my tears. I felt connected and the fear. I have kids and this touched me.
Washington Mom
This is emotionally gripping! I felt angry and frustration. All the details put me in that moment and made me feel incapable to help. I got angry at the people judging instantaneously. It's worth the read because it helps bringing a different perspective. If your want to put yourself in the shoes of someone that is doing everything they could to help someone they love and end up being judged by someone that doesn't have any skin on the game or are just following protocol or a process passing judgment based on a brief statement, this is the right place.
